These terms of sale ("Terms") apply to the purchase of subscriptions from MinuteMate, provided by Alia ApS. By purchasing a subscription, you accept these Terms.

MinuteMate is a digital service that automatically transcribes and summarises meetings using AI technology. The service is provided as a monthly subscription.
All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect from the next billing period.
We accept the following payment methods:
All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider ePay (Bambora/Worldline). We never store your complete card details.
Payment is charged immediately when you subscribe to a plan. Thereafter, the amount is charged automatically each month on your subscription renewal date.
When you create a subscription, your card details are stored securely by our payment provider ePay in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. Your card details are used solely for automatic monthly billing of your subscription.
You can update your payment card via your account at account.alia.dk. If your card expires or is blocked, you will be asked to update your card details.
MinuteMate is a digital service. Delivery is immediate upon subscription purchase. Your quota of transcription minutes is available straight away after payment.
Subscriptions run monthly and renew automatically. There is no minimum commitment period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account at account.alia.dk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your paid minutes until the end of the period.
You can change your subscription plan via account.alia.dk. When upgrading, you immediately get access to more minutes. When downgrading, your quota is reduced from the next billing period.
Unused transcription minutes do not carry over to the next month. Your quota resets at the start of each billing period.
You will receive a receipt by email after each payment. Receipts can also be accessed via your account at account.alia.dk.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you enter into the agreement, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Important regarding digital services: If you begin using the service (recording meetings and using minutes) within the 14-day period, you agree that the service is delivered immediately. In this case, your right of withdrawal lapses.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
You may complain about the digital service for as long as the subscription is active. For ongoing digital content, the standard two-year complaint period does not apply — instead, the right of complaint applies for as long as you use the digital service.

Alternative dispute resolution: If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus (Danish complaint board) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We reserve the right to decline refunds for minutes already consumed. Contact support@alia.dk for refund requests.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Payment information is processed by our payment provider ePay and is subject to their privacy policy.
These terms of sale are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
